Founded in 1994 by Roger Wingate, Act Productions is a leading
theatre producer in the West End, and of national and
international tours.
Recent work includes: The Starry Messenger starring Matthew Broderick and Elizabeth McGovern (Wyndham's Theatre, 2019); The Height of the Storm (Wyndham's Theatre, 2019); Glengarry Glen Ross (UK Tour, 2019); Glengarry Glen Ross (Playhouse Theatre, 2017-18) starring Christian Slater, Robert Glenister and Kris Marshall; The Philanthropist (Trafalgar Studios, 2017); Guards at the Taj by Rajiv Joseph, directed by Jamie Lloyd in 2017 at the newly reopened Bush; the UK premiere of A Room with a View, directed by Adrian Noble and starring Felicity Kendal (Theatre Royal Bath & UK Tour 2016) and the transfer of the Royal Opera House production of The Wind in the Willows (Duchess 2013 and Vaudeville 2014), which won the Olivier Award for Best Family Entertainment.
Over more than two decades, Act has worked with the most exciting writers, directors and performers - both new and established - to present work of the utmost creative and commercial integrity. Many of Act’s productions have received Olivier, Tony and Evening Standard nominations and awards.
